GEL Engineering, LLC is pleased to announce that Edward R. Guinn, Jr. P.E. (Eddie) has joined the environmental, engineering, and surveying firm as a Senior Staff Engineer.

Mr. Guinn brings over 22 years of civil engineering experience to the firm including projects involving preparation of permit drawings, construction plans, design calculations, drainage studies, technical specifications, and construction contracts.

Mr. Guinn received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
