In 1995 the South Carolina Drycleaning Restoration Fund was developed to aid drycleaning owners with the financial burden of
environmental contamination. The fund is as a pool of money collected from drycleaners to be expended toward environmental
assessment and cleanup. GEL Engineering, LLC is a qualified contractor for the South Carolina Department of
Health and Environmental Control's Dry Cleaner Restoration Fund. The fund encourages the use of innovative, cost-effective
