Environmental Site Assessments
For a 500-acre redevelopment project in Charleston, SC, GEL Engineering, LLC completed a complex Brownfields assessment. GEL Engineering, LLC's
thorough Phase I and II ESA's demonstrated that the site could be redeveloped as multi-family or commercial, despite past industrial activities, and our data
have been used as the basis for 10 Voluntary Cleanup Contracts. GEL Engineering, LLC continues to provide additional services at this site ranging from Phase
III remediation to surveying, and site design for new land uses.
