Land Planning/Landscape Architecture
GEL Engineering, LLC provided land planning for a 150-acre residential subdivision.
GEL Engineering, LLC designed lot layout for 500+ lots and provided land use plans to determine single and multi-family areas as well
as amenity areas. GEL Engineering, LLC presented to Dorchester County planning staff, Dorchester County Commission, and Dorchester
County Council. The project received approval and is moving forward.
