Bailey Erickson Joins GEL Engineering, LLC

GEL Engineering, LLC is pleased to announce that Bailey Erickson has joined the firm as an Environmental Scientist. 

As a member of GEL’s Industrial Hygiene Group, she assists clients with environmental assessments of hazardous substances including asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold. 

As an Environmental Scientist, Ms. Erickson inspects facilities for the presence of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs), identifies and assesses the condition of the material, and collects samples.  She also provides air monitoring during abatement direct on-site supervision and guidance to personnel engaged in the abatement of regulated ACMs.

Ms. Erickson is a certified South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC) Air Sampler, Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) Supervisor and an Asbestos Consultant/Building Inspector.  Ms. Erickson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Lander University.
