We are pleased to announce that Bob Seyer has transitioned into the role of Director of Sales at GEL Laboratories, LLC (GEL), effective October 5, 2026.
Bob brings more than 40 years of experience in the environmental testing industry, with a career spanning project management, sales management, and market program management. Since joining GEL in 1995, he has played an important role in building long-term client relationships and supporting GEL’s growth across key markets, including the Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Defense (DoD), mixed waste, bioassay, and the nuclear industry.
In his new role as Director of Sales, Bob will lead GEL’s business development team, with a continued focus on understanding and meeting the evolving needs of our clients. His extensive industry experience, market knowledge, and longstanding client relationships will support GEL’s continued commitment to providing responsive, high-quality analytical services.
Bob holds a B.S. in Renewable Natural Resources from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Webster University. Throughout his career at GEL, he has contributed significantly to the company’s growth and success within the highly competitive, science- and technology-driven environmental testing industry.
