Alongside the project manager, every project has a dedicated quality assurance officer well-versed in the precise contract requirements. This quality assurance officer collaborates directly with the project manager, the client, and the laboratory, ensuring swift resolution of any data-related questions or concerns to the complete satisfaction of our clients.
